So, I am writing following steps with the help of
which you can also easily give Choco-Effect on Text

Lets read and understand very carefully of following steps

[1]-First of open new document of Custom size, 400x400 Pixels
Resolution 72 and Mode RGB Color as shown below

[2]-Now select these Photoshop-Tutorial-Choco-Effect colours for Forground
and Background and fill by the press Alt+Backspace

[3]-Now select Text Tool
and write words as shown below

[4]-Now select Text Laye and Click on Sign 'f '
which is indicating by finger sign as shown below

[5]-Now select Drop Shadow
and apply the following settings

[6]-Now select Outer Glow
and use the following settings

your Text will be look like this.

[13]-Now select Marquee Tool and Press Ctrl+T
for Transform the words as shown below

[14]-Now Press the Ctrl+J for making the Copy
of the Layer and select Original Text Layer
as shown below

[15]-Now Go to Layer Pallete and Click
on Left Bottom sign 'f ' to Open the Layer Style

[16]-In Layer Style select Drop Shadow
and apply the following settings

use the following settings

[18]-Now go to Filter>Blur >Motion Blur
and use the following settings

[19]-Now you have to adjust Text by
the help of Pick Tool as shown below

[20]-Now select Background Layer and
go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise
and use the following settings

[21]-Now go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
and use the following settings

and use the following settings

your Text will be look as shown below
